The Omnipure ELF XL 100% UXC-8SF softening resin water filter is a high capacity filter cartridge specially designed for reducing temporary water hardness in hard water areas.
Also known as the Omnipure QWS, the ELF XL cartridge uses food-grade cation exchange resin for effective water softening, making it perfect for for boiling water taps, under sink filter systems, coffee/espresso machines, steam ovens and other applications where water hardness reduction is needed.

The Omnipure ELF XL cartridge should be replaced at least every 12 months or once its hardness reduction capacity has been reached.
