How does trade pricing work?
Once approved you'll see your trade prices when you sign in — across the site and the trade portal — including quantity discounts on eligible lines. Trade prices are shown excluding VAT.
How do I pay?
New trade accounts start on pay-as-you-go — pay by card or pro forma invoice, which is also the fastest way to get set up. Credit accounts with 30-day terms are available on request once you're trading with us.
What does delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is £3.99 (2–3 working days), express delivery is free on UK orders over £60, and next-day delivery is available at checkout for £6.99.
