Great product price and delivery
The tap would have achieved 5 stars except for the mix of connectors provided in the box. My view on plumbing is that less (joints) is more, so why provide flexi pipes that require tap connector type fittings in the cabinet? I would have much preferred flexi pipe with integral shut off valve.
Also, the hot and cold inlet required 3/8” connectors and the filtered 1/2”! Why?
We needed to replace an out of date Harveys drinking water filter. The complete process from selecting the replacement, ordering the filter and delivery was really efficient. We are happy with the replacement. Thank you the excellent service.
We have wasted a lot of money over the last year trying to find a filter that fits properly. Since samsung changed the fitting without warning or explanation it's been really frustrating. Thanks yo filter flair we've now got the original fitting filter which fits. Good price and fast delivery. Thank you.

The connector was the wrong size but it’s a fantastic company to deal with.
Water flow became slow with other filter only 4 months in, replaced with 3M filter, problem solved.

Easy to remove old one to put in new, very quick delivery, definitely use again although it is expensive which Samsung don’t tell you when your buying a new fridge freezer

customer service is absolutely shocking. Please advise if this is a normal approach to your customer service as I will not recommend using Filter Flair it is. Maybe someone could now tell me what I should expect Filter Flair will do to make this right.
