Recently needed to replace a Brita tap and decided to replace it with another make which needed this stop valve. Very simple to fit and works well diverting main supply DIRECT into filter which enables you to choose any filter tap you like meaning you don’t have to use a Brita tap with a Brita filter or any other make. Great!

Great product, noticeable difference in the quality of our tap water.
Delivery was very slow, as the item was out of stock, but I received no communication telling me I could choose and alternative until I emailed the company after 3 weeks of no delivery. They offered an alternative which I accepted and it was received within 3 days.

Excellent all round service. This is the 3rd time we’ve used this Company, which speaks for itself. The filter is extremely easy to replace and functions well, not particularly cheap but works well which is what it’s all about. We did have a problem this time with Royal Mail’s incompetence but Filter Flair responded to to our raising the problem within hours and were most helpful. All companies after sales service should be like this! Definitely recommended.

Provided us with the correct filter after Samsung decided to upgrade the HAFIN/EXP 2 which we used to use and did not know which would fit our Fridge Freezer of only three years old despite giving them the model number.
